2. Eligibility: To participate in the Separate Ways Inc. attorney marketing program, you must be a licensed attorney in good standing in your jurisdiction. Separate Ways Inc. reserves the right to verify your eligibility and may require proof of licensure and other credentials as necessary.

3. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Separate Ways Inc. is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
