Attorney Programs Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Separate Ways Inc. Attorney Marketing Program! These terms and conditions govern your participation in the Separate Ways Inc. attorney program, through which we offer various levels of marketing services to assist attorneys in communicating with their clients and acquiring new clients. By enrolling in and using our attorney marketing program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not participate in our program.
1. Program Levels: Separate Ways Inc. offers several levels of marketing services to attorneys, which may include but are not limited to:
- Website development and maintenance
- Content creation and distribution
- Social media management
- Search engine optimization (SEO)
- Email marketing campaigns
- Online advertising campaigns
The specific services available to you will depend on the level of participation you choose and any additional services agreed upon between you and Separate Ways Inc.
2. Eligibility: To participate in the Separate Ways Inc. attorney marketing program, you must be a licensed attorney in good standing in your jurisdiction. Separate Ways Inc. reserves the right to verify your eligibility and may require proof of licensure and other credentials as necessary.
3. Fees and Payment: Participation in the Separate Ways Inc. attorney marketing program may require payment of fees, which will be determined based on the level of participation and services selected. Fees are subject to change at any time, but any changes will be communicated to you in advance. Payment terms will be specified in your agreement with Separate Ways Inc.
4. Services: Separate Ways Inc. will provide the agreed-upon marketing services to you in accordance with the terms of your agreement. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure the quality and timeliness of our services, but we do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes.
5. Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in connection with your participation in the Separate Ways Inc. attorney marketing program, including but not limited to laws governing attorney advertising and ethics.
6. Termination: Separate Ways Inc. reserves the right to terminate your participation in the attorney marketing program at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice to you. You may also terminate your participation in the program at any time by providing written notice to Separate Ways Inc.
7. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Separate Ways Inc. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in the attorney marketing program, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Separate Ways Inc. is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
9. Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
10. Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Separate Ways Inc. with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
